General
Here are some general questions we get asked from customers.
Do you have a shop?
Yes we have a store situated in Wrexham, North Wales.
How can I contact you?
Calls are answered in store from 10 am till 5.30 pm. We also respond to emails during these hours. You can also contact us through the livechat facility on site or through our contact forms.
If a price of a product has been reduced am I entitled to a refund?
Products are sometimes reduced at the end of a season.
We do not refund any difference should your item go into sale from when it was originally purchased.
What items can I use the 10% off first order discount on?
All items excluding sale items are available for first purchase discount.
Shipping & Returns

How much is your shipping charges?

When will I be refunded for my return?
Any items returned will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of goods. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us.
We can only refund to the card used for purchase. Barclaycard will credit the money at midnight the same day, but credits can take several days longer to show in your account.

Orders

Can I combine discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied in any one sale.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
An email will be sent when your item is dispatched.
Will I be able to track my order?
MAINLAND UK CUSTOMERS:
You will be sent tracking information via email from our courier company, Interlink.
They will also notify you of what time they will deliver within a one hour time slot (If of course you have provided your telephone number).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Royal Mail International Signed For provides tracking information for the following countries:

Are they official products?
Yes, we are official stockists to all of the brands that we supply at Ragazzi. You will be able to find us on their respective store locator pages.
How do I know how the garment fits?
We try to supply size guides against the products where possible.
If you require specific sizing information, please contact us and we'll endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.
I have found it cheaper elsewhere. Will you price match it?
Contact us and let us know what the product is and where you have seen it cheaper. We will be able to take a look and let you know.
