Orders placed before 4pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, or on weekends, are dispatched the next working day. Deliveries require a signature.

Returns Policy
14-Day Returns Window
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Online Orders Only
Refunds apply to online orders only. In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Footwear Returns
Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged box. Returns without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.
Faulty Items
Faulty items are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If confirmed faulty, a full refund including original postage will be issued.
